We're supposed to have rin mixed with snow tonight...high winds. We have enjoyed a beautiful fall here with above normal temps, lots of sunshine and low utility bills!

No snow on the ground here in Pittsburgh, but there were the first snow flurries of the year. There is just something about seeing the first flakes, takes me back to childhood  ;D

Here's some pictures we took this afternoon when we went for a ride on our new skidoo. Yesterday was the first time we went skidooing for about 20 years. We weren't on the skidoo for 30 seconds before we were tipped over and out in the snow. I laughed so much it was hard to get up plus we were headed up hill and I as pointing downhill when I fell off.  Had loads of fun though.  Hopefully I esized them right.

We got about a foot of snow here in the Chicago area Sat night.  The plow truck made it about 3 feet at the curb.  That's the one thing I hate about snow is the shoveling.

We are being pounded here, Brenda!!!  It is snowing and white out conditions (for those you don't get snow this means there are times all you can see is white in front of you) Not nice to drive anywhere. So happy hubby is on nocturnal so we don't have to wory aout driving in this type of weather. Snow day from school!!  Didn't crawl out of bed until noon today!~!!  Now to make bread and clean up the house a bit.

I'm so sick of snow and it's only December!  We have had back to back storms putting about a total of 18" of that darn stuff at my house.  It's so cold here there is no chance of it melting.  We are expecting another storm on Thursday, ugh!!!!!  My son loves it because it means no school.  He's not going to like it come June when he has to make up those days!!

It's not even winter yet, and I've had to shovel out my driveway and car TWICE. Tomorrow I have to get up at 4 a m. and it's going to be nine degrees.
