I have been lucky. The new techs are too scared of me to want to do anything to me and the old techs know I will write them up or complain really loudly if I don't like what they do to me. They know to listen to me. I am the leader of the team, not some tech with a high school education who can set up a few lines and a dialysis kidney. Me, the team Leader, yes ME! Talk to ME when decisions are being made.I had a tech ask me what bath I was on one day and I said a 2K. The nurse cam over and announced I was on a 1K. I asked when the hell that had happened. And wouldn't it be a good idea to inform me of any changes?Yes, the bitch was in the House! They know it. Learn from it.KatherineIn the back bitching somewhere!
