Hello, I thought some people would love to see what us Aussies saw last night. Thousands across Australia headed out to get a better glimpse of the full lunar eclipse last night.. It was really a beautiful site.. Here are some pictures of it. Enjoy

Awesome!! Beautiful pics . Thanks for sharing. We watched the last lunar ellipse here but had forgotten about it and was out for a walk when we saw it happening.

Wow! I just love eclipses. There was a solar one some years back and that was a real experience. Thanks for sharing the pictures with us.

It was beautiful to see the lunar eclipse on Tuesday night. Rose did not take those photos though, our pictures did not turn out. They were taken by other people in NSW.

I went outside at about 6:30 (SA time), and was wondering which direction I needed to look in - I knew it was supposed to be to the east (I have no sense of direction).
I barely had one foot out the door, and there it was, smack bang in front of me. I had the best view without even leaving my porch! When it went red was just awesome.
