I love my hot tub   ;D It's the best thing I ever bought. I don't know how I ever lived with out it.

Any one else out there have a hot tub?

I had been saving up for it for a long time then last year I finally went out and got it. Every one (in my family) thought I was crazy. We live in the city and have a yard that is 14 feet by 12 feet but I told them we could get it in there.

I feel so much better after a while in there it's amazing   :)

Maybe after several months on NxStage you'll be looking for an olympic sized pool  ;D

I have high blood pressure.  I didn't think you could stay in one over 20 minutes if you had BP problems?  I would LOVE one.  Sometimes my bones just ache.

above quote from Rerun.

sorry I don't know how you put the quotes in that little highlighted box ??? could some one please let me know thank you.

I waited a long time because of my high bp but then my dr. said it was ok because it actually helped lower my bp. The hot water expands the blood vessels and that helps lower the pressure. They said to be watchful of any light headedness or any thing like that, that could indicate that your pressure is dropping too low. When you get out you could have a rebound high pressure if your not carefull.

So far I haven't had any problems but I don't keep it as hot as they do in a lot of the health clubs or places like that.

My bones feel so much better after and I can move much more easily. My bones used to ache all the time, not as much any more.

I love a hot tub.  I love to soak till I look like prune or for twenty minutes.  I love going on vacations and soaking in a spa.  Too bad I don't have one at home.  I think if I did I would be in it every evening.
