Doing my normal rounds on the internet checking out info on kidneys, dialysis, transplant, etc when I came across this site. Gave me a bit of a laugh I don't think and hope it is not for real.

I emailed the creator, mentioning that this was funny/tacky humor and this is his response:

"I created it as an assignment a couple years back for a Web
Development class at the University of Southern California,
where I minored in Web Technologies and Applications. I
forgot the site even existed until I received this email :-)

Don't have any personal experience with kidney donation or
anything like that. I was a screenwriting major, so I
tended to inject this type of humor into my web projects. Glad to
hear some people getting a kick out of it.

I thought the website was funny, but I wonder how many idiots actually filled out the form at the end completely and accurately.  It asks for name, address, and social security number.  Just about everything you need to get a credit card or other things in anyones name.
