First off I really hate the tag as caregiver(even tho I use it.) So here is my story if ya don't take care of yourself. OK.. You can't take care of family member that has kidney failure..
I'm really not myself yet.. SO the other night I had a problem.. Its called low potassium .. Had it twice before Each time I ended up in the ER.  seizure... My hubby found me in the office.. He called 911. thank god.........They hooked me up with Iiv with potassium .. I knew thats what I needed but yet andin, I was thinking about IRS. I was so out of it.. thank god for hubby, he knew....its hard to even post as the words don't look so right... but i'm better that i know. hubby say so... so i'm good.....so i'm back on the pills...potassium .. wahy wahy did i let y self get so low. i felt myself get there but i didn't know what to do.....i thought i was going crazy... that was not it........ it wa low potassium .if i cuz anyone worryies i'm soory i just daont fel so great i'm goinna take time for myselfff. i c u when i fel beter

i am a 51 year old male on dialysis for 3 years now. This is my second time. My brother donated a kidney to me about 13 years ago. I found this site on another site. I had to laugh when i saw what it was called. I hope to meet people from all over to talk about dialysis.
