My favorite song is Hells Bells by AC/DC.  8)  It was on my myspace but the video seems to be unavailable. >:(  One thing I cannot understand is all the headbanging music.   :banghead; :banghead;  does it make any sense or am I missing something here.

Oh I worded that wrong, I love Hells Bells. It's my favorite. I don't like rap or stuff like it.

I dont get it either. Unfortunately, its Wades favorite. He actually listens to it to "relax".

This is his favorite band: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XanHhKhQbJM

I love "headbanging" music, though it's not a term I tend to use.

I'm a metal girl from way-back.  :)

I hope I didn't offend you I just didn't know what specific type of music it was. Everyone has their interests and everyone is different.  :beer1; O0

Don Williams - I Believe in Love

I don't believe in superstars,
Organic food and foreign cars.
I don't believe the price of gold;
The certainty of growing old.
That right is right and left is wrong,
That north and south can't get along.
That east is east and west is west.
And being first is always best.

But I believe in love.
I believe in babies.
I believe in Mom and Dad.
And I believe in you.

Well, I don't believe that heaven waits,
For only those who congregate.
I like to think of God as love:
He's down below, He's up above.
He's watching people everywhere.
He knows who does and doesn't care.
And I'm an ordinary man,
Sometimes I wonder who I am.

But I believe in love.
I believe in music.
I believe in magic.
And I believe in you.

Well, I know with all my certainty,
What's going on with you and me,
Is a good thing.
It's true, I believe in you.

I don't believe virginity,
Is as common as it used to be.
In working days and sleeping nights,
That black is black and white is white.
That Superman and Robin Hood,
Are still alive in Hollywood.
That gasoline's in short supply,
The rising cost of getting by.

But I believe in love.
I believe in old folks.
I believe in children.
I believe in you.

But I believe in love.
I believe in babies.
I believe in Mom and Dad.
And I believe in you.

Clint Black - Better Man

What do you say when it's over
I don't know if I should say anything at all
One day we're rollin' in the clover
Next thing you know we take the fall

Still, I think about the years since I first met you
And the way it might have been without you here
And I don't know if words from me can still upset you
But I've just gotta make this memory stand clear

I know I'm leavin' here a better man
For knowin' you this way
Things I couldn't do before, now I think I can
And I'm leavin here a better man

I guess I always knew I couldn't hold you
But I'd never be the one to set you free
Just like some old nursery rhyme your mama told you
You still believe in some old meant-to-be

Still I'm leavin' here a better man
For knowin' you this way
Things I couldn't do before, now I think I can
And I'm leavin' here a better man

Yes I'm leavin' here a better man
For knowin' you this way
Things I couldn't do before, now I know I can
And I'm leavin' here a better man

Yes I'm leavin' here a better man

Plain White T's - Hey There Delilah

Hey there Delilah
What's it like in New York City?
I'm a thousand miles away
But girl tonight you look so pretty
Yes you do
Times Square can't shine as bright as you
I swear it's true

Hey there Delilah
Don't you worry about the distance
I'm right there if you get lonely
Give this song another listen
Close your eyes
Listen to my voice it's my disguise
I'm by your side

Oh it's what you do to me
Oh it's what you do to me
Oh it's what you do to me
Oh it's what you do to me
What you do to me

Hey there Delilah
I know times are getting hard
But just believe me girl
Someday I'll pay the bills with this guitar
We'll have it good
We'll have the life we knew we would
My word is good

Hey there Delilah
I've got so much left to say
If every simple song I wrote to you
Would take your breath away
I'd write it all
Even more in love with me you'd fall
We'd have it all

Oh it's what you do to me
Oh its what you do to me
Oh it's what you do to me
Oh it's what you do to me

A thousand miles seems pretty far
But they've got planes and trains and cars
I'd walk to you if I had no other way
Our friends would all make fun of us
and we'll just laugh along because we know
That none of them have felt this way
Delilah I can promise you
That by the time we get through
The world will never ever be the same
And you're to blame

Hey there Delilah
You be good and don't you miss me
Two more years and you'll be done with school
And I'll be making history like I do
You know it's all because of you
We can do whatever we want to
Hey there Delilah here's to you
This ones for you

Oh it's what you do to me
Oh it's what you do to me
Oh it's what you do to me
Oh it's what you do to me
What you do to me.

Oh oh
OOOoohhhh
Oh oh
Ooooooohhhhh
Oh Oh
OOOoohhhh
OOOOooohhhhh
Oh Oh

Snow Patrol - Chasing Cars

We'll do it all
Everything
On our own

We don't need
Anything
Or anyone

If I lay here
If I just lay here
Would you lie with me and just forget the world?

I don't quite know
How to say
How I feel

Those three words
Are said too much
They're not enough

If I lay here
If I just lay here
Would you lie with me and just forget the world?

Forget what we're told
Before we get too old
Show me a garden that's bursting into life

Let's waste time
Chasing cars
Around our heads

I need your grace
To remind me
To find my own

If I lay here
If I just lay here
Would you lie with me and just forget the world?

Forget what we're told
Before we get too old
Show me a garden that's bursting into life

All that I am
All that I ever was
Is here in your perfect eyes, they're all I can see

I don't know where
Confused about how as well
Just know that these things will never change for us at all

If I lay here
If I just lay here
Would you lie with me and just forget the world?

In my next life: Merle Haggard

The Blood Red Sun Beat Down And Baked The Red Clay Ground
Dust Kicked Up Around His John Deere Wheels
No Trace Of Rain In Sight A-gain He'll Lose The Fight
And Have To Watch His Crops Die In The Fields

They Stood There Both In Tears --- His Wife Of Many Years
Said John You Know I Hate To Lose Our Farm
He Looked Into Her Eyes Then Looked Up At The Skies
And Told Her As He Held Her In His Arms

In My Next Life I Want To Be Your Hero
Somethin' Better Than I Turned Out To Be
I've Lived This Life Behind The Plough And Harrow
In My Next Life I'll Make You Proud Of Me

The Muscles In His Arms Just Like His Run Down Farm
Soon Withered And Slowly Disap-peared
One Hard Workin' Man --- Two Hard Workin' Hands
Were Givin' Up After All These Years

His Aging Eyes Grew Dim And The Lady That Worshipped Him
Sat Cryin' On A Chair Beside His Bed
Her Hands Caressed His Brow And She Said It's Alright Now
And As He Slowly Slipped Away He Said

In My Next Life I Want To Be Your Hero
Somethin' Better Than I Turned Out To Be
I've Lived This Life Behind The Plough And Harrow
In My Next Life I'll Make You Proud Of Me

The Blues Man

H. Williams JR.

Im just a singer a natural born guitar ringer kind of a clinger to sad old songs
Im not a walk-behinder Im a new note finder
But my name's a reminder of a blues man that's already gone
So I started drinkin' took some things that messed up my thinkin'
I was sure sinkin' when she came along
I was alone in the spot light not too much left in sight
She changed all that one night when she sang me this song
Hey baby I love you hey baby I need you
Hey baby you Don't got to prove to me you're some kind of macho of man
You've wasted so much of your life runnin' through the dark nights
Let me shine a little love light down on you blues man
I got so sick from speedin' all the things they said I was needing iff I was to keep on pleasing all of my fans I got cuffed on dirt roads I got sued over no shows She came and took all that old load down off this blues man And I sang hey baby I love you too hey baby I need you
Hey baby I do get tired of this traveling band
I'm up in my years now nights would be cold now
If you hadn't stuck it out with this blues man
I'm up in my years now nights would be so cold now
If she hadn't hung around with this blues man.

Come Away With Me - Nora Jones

Come away with me in the night
Come away with me
And I will write you a song

Come away with me on a bus
Come away where they can't tempt us
With their lies

I want to walk with you
On a cloudy day
In fields where the yellow grass grows knee-high
So won't you try to come

Come away with me and we'll kiss
On a mountaintop
Come away with me
And I'll never stop loving you

And I want to wake up with the rain
Falling on a tin roof
While I'm safe there in your arms
So all I ask is for you
To come away with me in the night
Come away with me

This is such a beautiful and romantic song and so very soothing to listen to,  :2thumbsup;

Willie, Waylon, Johny, and Chris  - Highwayman

I was a highwayman. Along the coach roads I did ride
With sword and pistol by my side
Many a young maid lost her baubles to my trade
Many a soldier shed his lifeblood on my blade
The bastards hung me in the spring of twenty-five
But I am still alive.

I was a sailor. I was born upon the tide
And with the sea I did abide.
I sailed a schooner round the Horn to Mexico
I went aloft and furled the mainsail in a blow
And when the yards broke off they said that I got killed
But I am living still.

I was a dam builder across the river deep and wide
Where steel and water did collide
A place called Boulder on the wild Colorado
I slipped and fell into the wet concrete below
They buried me in that great tomb that knows no sound
But I am still around..I'll always be around..and around and around and
around and around

I fly a starship across the Universe divide
And when I reach the other side
I'll find a place to rest my spirit if I can
Perhaps I may become a highwayman again
Or I may simply be a single drop of rain
But I will remain
And I'll be back again, and again and again and again and again..
