It was $3.03 at the BP by the hospital on my way home, so it is probably$2.99 at the less know gas stations in my area. But I use E-85 because, well I can and it is a lot cheaper for me to have enough gas for getting to and from school. But news this morning says it is going to be $100 a barrel soon, so gas is gonna skyrocket.

Petrol sure is going up again, but not as bad as it usually does when the US price per barrel goes up so significantly (due to our dollar being so strong atm, we're seeing less pain at the bowser - wish I could say the same for our mortgage interest rates!).

it won't be to long the govner wants to put a $1.00 tax on gas.  thank god you don't live here right now.  he wants to tax everything including going to the gym, getting your grass cut, going to the hair dresser or barber shop, it is crazy right now.

Yeah, but MD pays a lot less sales tax. You guys pay 5%, we're paying 7%. It stinks! Plus it takes longer to figure out!  ::)

Update, 6 hours after I saw the $3,36 price, it went down to $3.15. An hour later, it went up to $3.19. And this was at the same station! I wish they'd figure it out. They just got a new electronic sign, and I think they're having a little too much fun with it.   ;D  Back when they had to manually change it and the gas prices were up near $4, every time someone would go on the ladder to change the sign, they'd get booed by the drivers sitting at the light!  :rofl;

It's $3.24 for the cheap stuff (well, the cheapest but whatever) and $3.54 for premium.  It costs over $60 to fill up our Explorer but almost as much to fill up dh's Saab because he has to use Premium gas on his.....however, his is more fuel-efficient than mine.  It does help that I don't drive much except to go to the gym, grocery store, and Costco.  If my son didn't need a carseat, we'd be riding a bike!
