My name is Patricia(Patty) and I am on PD.
I live in southern Ohio outside a little town called Chillicothe. We have a wonderful Dialysis Clinic here.
I started PD on March 29 ,this year so I am new to it and everything that goes along with it.
My kidney disease is Polycystiic . I get my supplys from Fresenius and use (at this time) 2.5% 2000cc four times a day.
I am legally blind so I was concerned if I could even see well enough to take care of it myself but the Stay-safe  setup is so easy to use,I have had very little problems.
I really am glad I found this site as some of my fears have been addressed in many of your posts and replies.
Thank you to the founder.

Welcome Patty,

I've been to Chillicothe for the Easy Riders Rodeo. Glad to have you here at IHD. There is a ton of information here about PD that you may find helpful. I hope you find what your looking for. We are like family here but just remember once you join the family there is no way out.  ;)

Thanks for taking the time to introduce yourself.

Welcome to the group!  I don't know a thing about PD as I have always been on hemodialysis due to diabetes.  I am looking forward to getting to know you.
