Anybody know what the name of this bird is. We have never seen one like it before.  It has been coming to our feeders for the past couple of weeks. It looks blue in the pic but a certain way it turns parts of it look teal green

My best guess from the pic is a Brewer's blackbird.  How big is it?  Is the belly black or white?  What part of the country are you in?

It's belly is black.  Doesn't sort of hop like other birds but runs.  Hubby says it must be a roadrunner!! We live in Newfoundland on the east coast of Canada.

From the research that I have done I think it is a Common Grackle.  They are similar to Brewer's blackbird. Supposed to live all over North America east of the rockies. Never heard of them or seen them before!!  Maybe with global warming they are just starting to come here!!
