I just take a little trip to St.Martin, and look what happens!   I am going to have to stay around this place if this kind of stuff is going to happen in my absence!
Please get well soon, Goofynina.  But do not hurry it.  Take your time, and get really well.
Loads and loads and loads of love, girlfriend!

Lord have i missed you all so much, i am here now, in pain, but i just couldnt take it no more, i needed to find out what the heck is going on with all of you wonderful people,  sorry i cannot stay too long, back is already starting to throb.  Did get a call from the dr. he says i have nerve damage in my legs and gave me some Lyrica, i dont know if that has anything to do with my back but i am hoping that is going to help relieve some of the pain, we shall see,  Thank you all for all the well wishes and if i can give you any advice of what i have learned over these past few days of back pain,  do not EVER play Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon no matter if you are limber or not, it isnt worth it.   ;D  (ok, i lied, it is sooooo worth it) :P  but we will leave that between you and me ok ;)   I miss and love you all,   :grouphug;
