Hi, It's your admin again, Katherine Soto with the annual Holiday Gift Exchange Notice for the 2020 year.
I will be the contact person for the gift exchange.

Here is how it works:

This is a secret Santa gift exchange.  I will randomly pair names so everyone receives a name to send a gift to. Identify who your are as secret Santa in the package you send out.
Gift value should fall near $20.00 not including postage.
You must sign up by November 15th by PM to me. 
Forums and Facebook signups are two separate lists so if you want to be on both gift exchanges you must PM me on Facebook and PM me on the forums. You may participate in both exchanges.
To be included on the Holiday Gift Exchange you must:
PM me you snail mail address, your email address, and a phone number. The phone number is for admin us only.
Names will be drawn on November 15th.
I will send addresses to you by PM on the 16th.

Use this format in your PM to me:
Holiday Gift Exchange
First and Last Name
Email Address
Snail Mail address
Phone number
Whether or not you will ship overseas.

All gifts must be sent by December 1, 2020 due to the slow mail systems being experienced world wide.  If you fail to send a gift you will be banned for Forums at Ihatedialysis.com for 90 days.

Those who have participated in the years' past loved this gift exchange.  It is great to get a package from somewhere new. New friends have been made through the gift exchange.

1983 high proteinloss in urine, chemo, stroke,coma, dialysis
1984 double nephrectomy
1985 transplant from dad
1998 lost dads kidney, start PD
2003 peritineum burst, back to hemo
2012 start Nxstage home hemo
2020 start Gambro AK96

       still on waitinglist, still ok I think
