Was thinking about this last night.  I'm totally in.  Mom loves it.  She'd also like to thank whoever gave me the reindeer slippers a few years ago.  She loves them. *G*

Could someone please explain how this works.  Are you assigned a giftee?  Or do you choose? Otherwise,how do  you know whom you're giving to and whether that person is a male or female, likes purple or green? Does everyone who signs up give a gift and get a gift?

Hey, K&S.

The administrator of the gift exchange assigns the giftees. Everyone posts what they like and sizes etc. Then you shop for your recipient and send them their gift by the deadline for sending. And then you wait for your surprise to to arrive. It is SO MUCH FUN!  :snowman; :santahat; :christmastree; :rudolph;

Oh its really neat! Everyone who signs up gets and gives a gift. You are assigned a giftee. They are supposed to fill out likes/dislikes on another post so you know what to get them. (ive done this several years and only had once or twice where I got someone that didnt fill it out, so I went with what I felt was a good "generic" gift. like some comfy socks and a neck pillow, with some christmas candies, and local items.)

I sent my PM but I've failed to fill out that little survey thingy in that 'other' thread.  And as usual, I haven't bothered to look very hard for it.

That could make for a real surprise when I receive my gift!

If you participated in the 2o17 Holiday Gift Exchange be aware gifts were to have been mailed by December 1st. If you have not mailed your package. so please do so asap. Please let Cassandra know by PM when you receive your package from your secret santa. If you open it early a thank you on Facebook to your person and a pic showing us what you received would be nice.If you need to know who your SS was ask Cassandra after the 25th of December. If you do not receive package let her know also.
