I know exactly what you're talking about, and I'm really excited for Gonzaga!  I hope they win it all!  I'll be watching!!

When I got out of High School I couldn't afford College so I had the plan, join the Army, make it out alive, go to UW playing football on the GI Bill.

Shortened story, I broke both ankles and manage to walk.  Still used the GI Bill, just not at UW as I managed to pick up a Wife, and 2 kids, no way I could afford tuition at UW without the football scholarship.  I was accepted, just had to pass.

So I pretty much quit paying attention to sports, it hurts NOT to be able to get out there doing it.

But I did notice the news blurb the other day about Or-E-Gone Basketball, they haven't gotten this far since????????????? a very long time ago.

Go Gonzaga!

I have classmates that went on to there.

I am a University of South Carolina grad, so go Gamecocks!  Not that much into sports, but my brother is a Clemson fan so I like to rub it in when USC wins!  (Clemson University and USC are bitter rivals!)

I won my office basketball bracket in 2016 by picking Villanova to win it all.  I have followed the NCAA men's basketball tournament for years, it is one of our favorite times of the year.

This year, I picked Villanova to repeat.  University of Wisconsin beat them at the very last second, tossing my chances of a repeat right in the rubbish bin.

But since I got my transplant at the University of Wisconsin, I couldn't complain too much.  It's just a shame that UW didn't go farther in the tournament, it seems to be their destiny not to win the entire thing.
