If you are planning to be in the New York City Tri-State area or want to visit, then I cordially invite you to the 10th Annual CKD/ESRD Annual Patient Education and Award Luncheon.

At this luncheon we will have raffles and present federal and state congressional certificates to deserving patients who have strive to overcome in the face of kidney failure.

This year, for the first time,  we will also have a panel of both patients and medical professionals to answer any questions you may have on the different dialysis options currently available such as home-hemo, peritoneal, etc...

Please contact me for any question and feel free to share with anyone or group you feel may find this of interest!

Hi SugarBear,

Which organization is sponsoring the event?
Is it IPRO?

Thanks,
