Rikki, Aleta and her hubby brought us one of those cakes when they visited last summer.  They is an expiration date on it but it freezes well and will keep will after that date.  I still have some in the freezer!! The cake is delicious!!

Thank you, Aleta.. it's always interesting to see what's in the box.. even my grandmother was interested in it..  I was a little bleary-eyed opening gifts this year.. my grandmother decided it was time to start opening presents before I got out of bed.. I heard Mom say, "you're opening presents now, are you?" so I figured I'd better get up.. *L*

I know how hard it is to find renal friendly things! The Moonshine cake is a sinful splurge, though! Even if you only have a bite or two, I'm sure you will enjoy it!  :wine;

I finally arrived home from Oklahoma City and the wild weather that stops airplanes, so will be opening Christmas boxes and surprises on my birthday, today the 31st.  Great to have things to open up!  Our thank yous and pics from Victor and I will be up sometime today also.

Victor was really pleased with everything Del sent him. She made an embroidered towel that says Victor Soto a published author.  She also sent mints and sweets, and a jam of jelly from her part of the world.  SHe sent a New Foundland Tshirt.

Kitkatz- the gifts were actually from Walter!!  I did give him some help putting the gifts together  :beer1;

LOL  I think I might have had a few too many of the  :beer1;!!  The gifts were from me!!!!

Started with NxStage - April 2015
6 Fistula grams in 5 months,  New upper fistula Oct 2015, But now old one working fine, until August 2016 and it stopped, tried an angio, still no good
Started on new fistula .
