 :bow; :bow; :bow; I am still in awe of what a dynamic site Epoman created here!
There's was no way he could have know he was going to lose his life, at age 32, after many years of dialysis, but I wonder if he anticipated it.
He left an amazing forum that has helped innumerable patients and family members.
I was honored to have been an admin for 6 years! I learned so much and made some very dear friends here.
Best wishes to all the members and hopes that many more people who need support find their way here!

Remarkable people create remarkable things, clearly he was a man with vision and the ability to build that vision. In this world a combination that is hard to find. More remarkable is he created a place for ESRD can help each other and it appears to grow even after his unfortunate passing.  This site is a legacy he created that benefits us all.  So a big thanks to Epoman and toast to his memory :beer1;

Even if there were never another post on this forum, it would be a place people could come read and find answers.  I think we have hashed out everything 10 times.  But, if you are new and scared we will talk about it again and again.  Ten years and over 10,000 members.  Bill must be smiling.

Oh Lord,  I never knew how young Epoman was.

I cannot imagine NOT having this site.  The knowledge, experience, and the helpful attitude of the people here cannot be found anywhere else.

I am so very Thankful of Epoman's foresight in creating this place for all of us.

May he be with our Lord forever in Peace.

I missed the first 9 years, but IHD came through when I needed it. There is nothing else like it, and probably would never be if Epoman hadn't put it online.

Thank you kitkatz for saying it all, I could not have put it any better...
... and many thanks to all IHD-members for their kind support and understanding
during my last five years of being pre-dialysis to my actually starting with dialysis in December 2014 ...
Thanks again from Kristina. :grouphug;
