I have been reading this thread, and you have been in my caring thoughts.  I am so glad that you are finding your way.  One thing that lasts is memory, and I can tell you have many lovely memories of your friend.

Tired, nauseous and fed up with everything (lots of little things getting to me atm) but generally okay. I think the way I'm feeling now is largely my kidneys and I am dealing with Jay's death in a perfectly healthy manner of grieving. As far as I can tell.
