Only about 20 minutes today before my sugar crashed and I had to break for food.  Probably should have got back on, but it's hard enough to make myself start once a day, let alone twice!

40 minutes and a trip to ancient Rome to learn about the Antikythera mechanism.  I love the history channel!

Come on, kit - find a good show and join us!

I think I will start walking on the treadmill tomorrow. I love the idea of finding a show and watching it while your exercising... makes the time fly by and keeps your mind off of the actual workout. I shall join in tomorrow... your turn kit!!!  :P

Good work KitKatz, apparently, for every hour and a half you spend window shopping you burn 325 calories.  :clap;

Imagine how many you could burn if you actually bought something!  ;) :D :2thumbsup;

Oh, Dude!  I spent seven hours shopping yesterday and did I buy stuff.  I bought two movies on DVD Hitch and Eragon and the set of Dinosaurs episodes.  I bought my niece and nephew toys for the niece's birthday in April.  And bought some stuff for school prizes.  Then we had chocolate cake for lunch! Then I topped the day off with forty books from the Goodwill!  18 of hwich I am shipping to my oldest daughter.  THe others are Star Trek books which I like to read. Hoo whee was it fun!!!

Whew - sounds like too much shopping for me!

35 minutes, the last 10 at double my usual pace.  Sweaty, sweaty, sweaty!  Anyone else get itchy from the toxics coming out of your skin with the sweat?  I have to run for the shower right after I finish or I would scratch myself to death.

A hot shower, followed by a cold shower, is always good and invigorating.

I don't look forward to it, but it is becoming routine.  That's good enough for me.  I'm automatically planning my non-dialysis days so that there is time to exercise before I get dressed.
