On the first day of Christmas my dietitian said to me
Stay away from the honey baked ham

On the second day of Christmas my dietitian said to me
Try Mrs Dash instead of salt and stay away from the honey honey baked ham!

On the third day of Christmas my dietitian said to me
Limit your fluids ,try Mrs Dash instead of salt and stay away from the honey honey baked ham!

On the fourth day of Christmas my dietitian said to me
Soak those potatoes, limit your fluids, try Mrs Dash instead of salt and stay away from the honey honey baked ham!

On the fifth  day of Christmas my dietitian said to me
Don't eat bananas, soak those potatoes, limit your fluids, try Mrs Dash instead of salt and stay away from the honey honey baked ham!

On the sixth day of Christmas my dietitian said to me
Choose apple pie with cool whip, don't eat bananas, soak those potatoes, limit your fluids, try Mrs Dash instead of salt and stay away from the honey honey baked ham!

On the seventh day of Christmas my dietitian said to me
Limit unsalted nuts, choose apple pie with cool whip, don't eat bananas, soak those potatoes, limit your fluids, try Mrs Dash instead of salt and stay away from the honey honey baked ham!

On the eighth day of Christmas my dietitian said to me
Tangerines are fine, limit unsalted nuts, choose apple pie with cool whip, don't eat bananas, soak those potatoes, limit your fluids, try Mrs Dash instead of salt and stay away from the honey honey baked ham!

On the ninth day of Christmas my dietitian said to me
No pickles please, tangerines are fine, limit unsalted nuts, choose apple pie with cool whip, don't eat bananas, soak those potatoes, limit your fluids, try Mrs Dash instead of salt and stay away from the honey honey baked ham!

On the tenth day of Christmas my dietitian said to me
Take your binders when you eat, no pickles please, tangerines are fine, limit unsalted nuts, choose apple pie with cool whip, don't eat bananas, soak those potatoes, limit your fluids, try Mrs Dash instead of salt and stay away from the honey honey baked ham!

On the eleventh day of Christmas my dietitian said to me
Fried chicken is okay, take your binders when you eat, no pickles please, tangerines are fine, limit unsalted nuts, choose apple pie with cool whip, don't eat bananas, soak those potatoes, limit your fluids, try Mrs Dash instead of salt and stay away from the honey honey baked ham!

On the twelfth day of Christmas my dietitian said to me
Have a MERRY CHRISTMAS, fried chicken is okay, take your binders when you eat, no pickles please, tangerines are fine, limit unsalted nuts, choose apple pie with cool whip, don't eat bananas, soak those potatoes, limit your fluids, try Mrs Dash instead of salt and stay away from the honey honey baked ham!

though I never heard a dietician saying fried chicken was OK.. but it's Christmas, so ok!!! :)

@Jean, I have to come clean that no I didn't write this. I saw it posted at my D center and I took a pic of it and posted it here. But I did write it out and added the colors and stuff so I am proud of that!  ;D

@Richard, My dietician said fried chicken is ok but then I think she wants me to put back on a bit of weight!  :rofl;
