Dizzy and wiped out might be as simple as low blood pressure. They might be removing too much fluid. If so, there may be other symptoms - nausea, cramping. It sounds like your father and possibly you as a caregiver might be able to recognize this and let the dialysis staff know. Are you new to in-center dialysis? They will act godlike and insist upon reaching your dry weight (or whatever weight marker they choose). Remember that your dad and you have the ultimate say. If you are not comfortable with telling the dialysis staff what to do, get your nephrologist involved.
