Does anyone else suffer from severe secondary hyperparathyroid? If yes how you trying to cope with the symptoms?

Yes, I did have hyperparathyroidism until I had 3.5 of my parathyroid removed a few years back. Before surgery I was on medication to try and control my PTH, but to no avail. I was always fatigued, nauseated, weak, and my bones ached. It was tough and the meds didn't help much. Finally it got to the point where my PTH got so out of control they had to do the parathyroidectomy. Has the neph mentioned anything to you about surgery to have your parathyroid removed? or is you PTH fairly under control? ???
