That's only for kids right? Why doesn't someone start one for kidney patients? Maybe Epoman can get that ball rolling ;) He has got the publicity on his site ;)  :2thumbsup;

Ooh, ooh, and I want to meet Gary Sinese!!!! :-*

EpoKid, Gary Sinese, and Epoman

OH WOW!! That is sooooo coool!!!

Really nice pic there Epoman! So what was he like??

He was very nice and he seemed happy to be there at the event, his daughter even helped out at the event. He was very approachable, although he didn't stay long. Sinbad stayed the whole night. Sinbad is just like he seems on TV, a very cool guy. I even over heard him calling his wife and telling her not to forget to Tivo "24" (a TV show).

Can we use our real names at Tito's?  There's just something about looking at someone and saying..."how was your drive over Epoman?"...that just doesn't work in person...I'll have my "hi, my name is Jeff" tag on.

This event is still on, as far as I am concerned I will be at Tito's Tacos on March 17.  I plan to eat tacos and drink a soda in honor of Epoman.  Join me?

I plan to be there on Mar 17, and we will keep a spot at the table for Epoman. He would have
insisted on photos, so we will not disappoint!

I'm on the east coast, right outside Philadelphia, way too far to make it.  But, I will go to Taco Bell on the 17th ( no Tito's here) & have a taco & soda & think about Epoman & all you guys & how he would have loved the Mini Meet.

You are truly loyal to "The Man" & are great for not calling it off.
It will be bittersweet, but you will have a wonderful time.

Set a place & a taco out for Epoman.

Wishing I could be there I'll be thinking of ya.

I wish I lived closer also.
But that is a good idea.  I will also have a taco and soda that day.
I miss Epoman.

Suggestion: at two oclock California time, on March 17th have a taco and soda in memory of Epoman, or just stop and take a minute to remind yourself how precious life is.

We don't have Tacos here.  The nearest thing is a dish imported from India, through Trinidad, which is called 'roti'.  It is curried meat, wrapped in an envelope, made with flour and sometimes splitpea powder (then called 'dhalpouri roti')  The envelope itself is the roti, but we tend to call the whole thing 'roti'.  At about 11.00 a.m. on Saturday I will be having a roti as you guys guzzle the tacos.

I've been studying the menu to see what we should do.  We'll start off with a couple of large bags of chips, two large orders each of salsa and guacamole, and go from there.  The burritos sound pretty good.  I like them wet with plenty of the mole sauce in and on top of them.  No breakfast for this boy tomorrow...maximum capacity is needed for Tito's.  See you all there.
