In my country there's no shops specialized on dialysis products.   And so I only have the peritoneal belt given to me by Fresenius which I dont like so much.   I would like to know if there's online any possible store where I can buy something like a belt?  or perhaps you guys know of anything that is better than the very impractical belt?

I would appreciate your help ;)

Here is a link that lists many pd devices:
http://homedialysis.org/helpful_products/C54/  Click on the PD Belts and the PD Devices tab.

I have the Patients Pride pd belt that I use every day. I find that it is very comfortable and most of the time I don't even know I am wearing it.
I also have the Secure Way pd catheter holder that works very well when not wearing the belt.

I use the PD belt from stickman industries at www.kidneystuff.com. They are very comfortable f or all of the activities I do from working out to riding my motorcycle. Hope this helps.

Never used a belt and never taped.  Just tucked it in,y underwear.  Lasted me for eight years until I elected to switch to HD
