Hello

I am Theresa I found out I have fsgs when I was pregnant with my youngest son in 2003 my kidneys failed Oct 26 2011 I was admitted in the hospital and missed Halloween with my kids and one of my sisters wedding.  I had my first surgery November 27  of course i had a issue and had to have another surgery on Jan 3 to fix my tube and finally started my dialysis on Jan 14.  I am 42 years young have 4 children lots of nieces and nephews and one grand baby.  :flower;

Hi there.  I, too, have fsgs which was discovered 6 months after my only child was born.  I was hospitalized with pre-eclampsia for 6 weeks; at the time, we didn't know about the fsgs. 

What kind of dialysis do you do?  My goodness...dialysis AND 4 kids!  AND a grandpunkin!  What a full life!

Welcome Theresa!  Our oldest daughter is Theresa,about the same age, and has 2 kids. (love those grandpunkins). What type D. you doing?  Please tell us more!

i am on pd 7 days a week at home 9 hours a night thanks so much for the welcome.  I have alot of family support and I am really glad i found this site thanks so much
