Oh no! LOL    :rofl;     :rofl;    :rofl;

I've never cooked with peanut oil, if I ever did it, it would be a first time for me   :rofl;

I save my drippings from roasts, etc and freeze them in containers. For Thanksgiving, I brought them out, thawed and added them all together and then added some Swiss Chalet's Chicken Sauce into it and oh, it was oh soooooooooooo good!   It was the best gravy I've had, ever!    ;)     ;D

Oh man! I can't wait for our Thanksgiving! If I have enough white meat I have a favourite sandwich I like to make. I take 2 slices of bread, spread mayo on both. Put turkey on one & cranberry sauce (I like the jelly best for this). Place it open-face under the broiler until hot and the cranberry sauce is bubbly. Put it together and enjoy!
