I have. They aren't too shabby. In that vein of music, I'm more into a Lacrimas Profundere or Type O Negative.

I Looooooovvvvvvvveeeeee these two bands, particularly Nightwish!!  Didn't Lordi win the Eurovision Song Contest not too long ago as Finland's entry?

If you like Delain, check out UnSun, if you don't know of them.

I used to be a metal jock at a local rock station. We were hellions on the air, we played obnoxiously loud frenetic music, and we loved every damn minute of it.

If you are into the real brutal parts of metal, then I recommend Cerebral Bore from Scotland. Their vocalist is one of the sickest I've heard. She's awesome.

Ah, okay. In that case, I recommend Opeth and Agalloch.

I confess to having them on my iPod.

Indeedy!  They spiced up Eurovision nicely.

I am a rock guy, but I am predominantly into the old stuff Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, early Ozzy solo career, early Motley Crue, anything Metallica did in the 80's and etc.. etc...

Back in the 80's all types of hair metal, hard rock and heavy metal would come through my hometown and play arenas and tickets were CHEAPER than the t-shirts.  Most of the time a ticket was 15-17 dollars and a shirt was 20 dollars.  We would go to all kinds of shows because the tickets were so cheap, we could just cut grass and save our money and go to shows.  The way the girls used to dress at those shows   :o.     I guess I should put on a old man voice and say back in my day sonny.

All I know about HIM is that Bam from Jackass was obessed with that pentagram-heart hybrid symbol on his television show.
