rant about my apartment complex

Well Yesterday (Saturday) my a/c went out, so I called maintenance and they told me they wouldn't fix it until Monday, then when I said I was on dialysis and had kidney disease that I needed a/c they were like well your medical condition isn't on file, and we don't get paid to come out on weekends, I thought to myself well I'll remember that when rent is due. So one of the other maintenance guys lived next door to me so I just had my roomy go over and get him, he said that he wasn't suppose to do this but he'll fix it. Now it's fixed! My rant is regardless rather I have a condition on file or not I believe I pay rent and they need to come over and fix it do to this heatwave we've been having, I'm tellin you some people just don't care!

I've had the same problems with my landlord.  In addition to the kidney disease, I also have an 8 month old son, and when things go wrong I would like them fixed!!  I think it must be in the landlord and maintenance man code to be complete and utter a**holes!
