I have my transplant on August 22nd, and have to travel from Alaska,  kind of a daunting task, but I suppose others have done it, huh?  Drag that big old thing, and 2 months worth of stuff for my stay, to a hotel.....  wish me luck.  Now, what should I bring?  Laptop, toothbrush.....   :sos;

Wait, they're not telling you to bring 2 months of dialysis supplies are they? I hope not. Bring some things for entertainment like books, games, dvds. I'll have to think what else I would bring.

Hahahaha, no, they are going to send some supplies to the hotel.  But knowing Fresinius, they will probably deliver a month's supply rather than a few days, lol.    Yes, I am a bit excited, and trying NOT to be nervous.  There is SO MUCH unknown here.... and having to stay away from home for so long is a bit anxious.  I keep choosing to NOT go there, heh.
