Going through life tied to a chair!

« Reply #62 on: April 25, 2007, 10:14:30 PM »

DAmn I watched the whole thing and they didn't throw anyone off!  "How can they drop someone and ask for money?"

Did you notice Simon and Ryon didn't touch the lady who was dying?  They made that poor man carry her to the pick-up all by himself.  But, just give money and all that will go away!  Give me a break!

How come the medicine over there only costs $3 for a pack of pills??

I watched the whole thing too... and im glad nobody went last night. However, now 2 go home next Wednesday, i dont care who goes as long as it aint Chris or Blake. :)

Simon helped lift her up and over inside the truck, the guy could carry her by himself due to the fact she was so under weight.

Give money and it WILL help... it wont go away... but it WILL help. Every dollar counts... were all in this world together and just want to live our lives to the fullest.

I don't know why the medicine is so cheap, but glad it is, a little bit of money can go a long ways in helping so many.

The only thing that will help is to get those corrupt governments out of power and under a democracy.  Half the food and aid we ship over there never gets to those in need.  It ends up at the government agencies.  Oh, yeah and birth control pills or some form of birth control would help considerably.

Good grief those poor kids in Kentucky broke my heart.  People still can't read in the United States.

Speaking of birth control helping... America needs to use it more...

Ahh yes, Elvis... My mom absolutely LOVES Elvis, and stopped everything to stare at the TV. She has all his records NEVER opened... heheh,. I hope she gives them to me someday.

On birth control, we have cut way back.  My Grandmother had 12 kids in her family and then Mom had 5 and I had none.  I see that America has fewer and fewer children.  We just need to stop the illegal immigrants from surging our borders.

Yes, Elvis love him.

I saw Elvis too! It was 1972 in Los Angeles. (The Forum)
My friend made me go with her - I thought it would be dorky to go (I was a teenager and he was my MOM"s age, afterall!)
I think there were 50,000 women screaming at once! It was a great show.

I have watched that segment over and over and over and over and over and over and...well, you get the idea.  Then, I downloaded it to my iPod so I could show it to people who didn't see it.  Gives me goosebumps.  My husband works for the studios.  He says that they even made sure the lighting changed when they were showing him from different angles to make it look authentic.  (They blurred his face when the camera was on Celine, as it would have been in real life)   Technologically amazing!    Thank you.  Thank you very mush!.
