Have you found any strategies for dealing with stressful times that don't involve smoking?

We all go through stressful times - some people exercise or punch boxing bags, others find other ways to relieve the tension without smoking... is there any one you could call to offer suggestions? Down here we have te "quit line" which helps people when they feel the urge. I have a friend who still calls them from time to time when she is feeling the need to smoke. I'm sure there are organisations (sorry, organiZations) there that can help with ideas?

GLM - I'm so sorry. Please don't think I was having a go at you for your lapse. I was just trying to offer some kind of constructive advice to try and help. You already know what I think of the lack of support you're getting from those around you who flaunt it in your face *AND OFFER IT TO YOU* when they darn well know you're trying to staty away for your health. That's irresponsible/dangerous and darnwell selfish and uncaring in my view... oops I just said it again. I'm so sorry x2....

goth, V2 makes nicotine free ecigs.  Is the nicotine the only thing that's bad about those, because of BP?
