Hey all!   :)

First post here so bear with me.

On the 13th of April (this month), seven months after a successful transplant, I will be having my fistula ligated.  The reason for this is that the fistula is putting pressure on my heart.  Should I have the doc simply ligate it, he would have to tie it off in 3 or 4 different places because my fistula is kinda big (3" around for a good part of it) or do I have him remove the whole vein?  My doc said there could be some complications with blood clots and such if he just ligates it.  Has anyone had either of these done?  Any suggestions/advice is greatly appreciated.

Thanks a Ton!!  :thx;  ;D
