may 20th  2011
i had gone into my dialysis center for my treatment just like any other day
i had 45min left on the machine and all of a sudden i was having breathing issue they rush me into the hospitol with oxegon of course
my mom , sister and daughter showed up and by this time i was able to breath easyie
they went ahead and admited me and at 1am i had a major episode where all i remember was the nurse asking me how i would get comfortable at home and i said the chair and i got up from the chair and i remember asking the nurse about getting a sleeping pill so i could relax
i have no clue what happen next for i woke up with oxegyn mask over my face and 20 differnt docs and nurses around me

to find out the problem was i had pneumonia aparenty i had it for sometime and it wasent properly treated
they also found that i had a small heartattack
they did another anigogram
being in a hospitol bed for week gives your body more aches and pains

Well, you survived and are OK now Babycake?

At least you were in the right place if you were going to have a heart attack anyway. On dialysis someone's keeping an eye on you most of the time. I've had the experience where the room started spinning just like it does if I've had too much to drink. Somehow two nurses appeared from nowhere together with an oxygen cylinder. I've seen it happen to others too.

Take care of yourself. Over 50% of deaths of ESRD patients is from cardiac problems.

for  all i remember was getting up from the chair and asking for  sleeping pill
and the next thing im seeing  after i woke up the oxygen mask was on my face and i look and the one doc was on my side
and i look and saw several other nurses and doc. at least i thought it was other doc and you know i cant recall what happen next
for the next thing im recalling is im being rolled down into icu so they could get the extra fluid off
and this nurse was telling me not to be scared for im in icu..
i wasnt scared just a bit confused for i had no clu what was going on
