real name pops up at bottom of post

My full name pops up at bottom of post I dont want that how do I get it off,,

1)In IHD click on "profile"
2) Choose "Forum Profile" on the left
Modify Profile
Account Settings
Forum Profile
Look and Layout
Notifications
Personal Messaging
3) Under "Signature:" Erase your name and if you want type something else in.

I removed your name, but YLGuy's instructions are good.
You can add whatever you want in the signature line, a favorite quote, medical background, personal description, whatever you like.
