I lose my paper on what the ingredients are and I just ran out of the batch I had, does anyone know the actual ingredients to make it??? it'll be much appreciated

Welcome to the forum. 
I think a lot of readers were lost when they saw the question.  This may have to do with the cleaning solution for PD catheter:
You should be careful with chlorhexidine as many forum members have reported bad rashes due to allergic reaction to the solution.

"13.   Inspection of the exit site and documentation of the exit site condition on the Patient Care Record is essential.  If the exit site becomes inflamed or infected, call the Home PD Unit immediately.  Refer to the Procedure for Care of the Infected PD Catheter Exit Site.  Also notify the unit if there is any trauma (eg. catheter has been forcibly pulled; there has been aggressive crust removal resulting in redness or bleeding) to the exit site.

14.   The standard cleaning solution for catheter care is 2% chlorhexidine gluconate aqueous solution with a 4% isopropyl alcohol as a stabilizer.  Trade name for this solution is Stanhexidine.

If the patient is sensitive to chlorhexidine gluconate, check his/her records or ask the Home PD Unit for a substitute antiseptic solution order. "

I have never heard of the cleaning solution refer ed to.  I have been on PD for the last 5 years and have only been trained to wash with antibacterial soap, using clean faceclothes each time and if there is an infection to switch to sterile dressing changes with antibiotic cream. But that's just me.

I get a product called Exsept from Baxter to wash the exit site.

Thanks , going to ask Baxter tomorrow about it. I am from Canada does anyother Canadian PD'er use this I wonder?

I  used  Exsept.

But  before  Exsept  came  around  to the  unit,  we   were   given  a  vinegar  solution  we  could  make  at home.

Procedures  for preparing  vinegar solution:
a. Prepare  vinagar  solution  in a  VERY  clean  jar
b. Add  6 ounces   (3/4 cup)  boiled  or  bottled  water
c. Add  4 ounces (1/2 cup)  white  vinegar
d. Add  1  3/4 teaspoon  table salt
e. Shake  until  dissolved
f.   Pour  solution  into  a clean  spray  bottle.

Do  not  store  vinegar  solution  for  more than  1  week.
