Hello, my name is John.  I am 32 yrs old and have been on doing hemo-dialysis for five years now.  I go for treatment on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at DCI in Hermitage, PA.  I have been diagnosed with ESRD due to Alport Syndrome.  Asa result I have also been diagnosed with Posterior Reversible Encephalopathy Syndrome (PRES).  I'm glad that I found this great site and look forward to any and all advice and support from everyone here.  Thanks.

:welcomesign; John!  You mentioned home hemo dialysis and going in center.  Does that mean you do a combination of both?

No, I only do in center treatment.  I don't recall saying I did home hemo.  What gave you that idea?  I've always done in center treatment.  I'm not sure that my insurance (medicaid) covers it.
