Seems to me she should have told you about it before, and what it would cost her if she didn't get 100% - and then knocked $500 off your price to get you to put down the perfect score!
One of the first things taught in the course I took was that a customer will tell of their experiences, good or bad, to an average of 10 people, those 10 people will tell an average of 10 people, etc. It's word of mouth, and it's the best advertising you can get. They shot themselves in the foot.

I think she called me on her cell phone. It was a different number than what she had called me on before.I did get a call from Kia Motors and they said "All Kia dealerships are independantly owner and operated" translation: We don't give a crap about you. They went on to say that 'we forwarded your complant to the dealership and to the distric manager.' translation: We REALLY don't give a crap about you. NEXT! At least I can tell everyone I know on this earth NOT to buy a car from Southern Lynnhaven-Kia. It's too bad because I really like my new Kia Soul. I need to call up another dealership to tell them my story and say that I will be coming to them to have any work done on my car.
