Hello everyone,
My name is Chrissy and I am 27 years old. I started Hemo Feb 21st of this year and 11 years of battling FSGS and Nephrotic Syndrome. So far, dialysis hasn't been too bad since I have more energy now then I've had in years. I'm looking forward to meeting new people who are in the same boat as me!

I should also mention that I am really struggling with the diet. My insurance company wouldn't approve Renvela until I tried Phoslo. My last phosphorous count  was 6.9. Thankfully I have a month supply of Renvela until my pharmacy receives an approval from my insurance.

:welcomesign; Chrissy.  Glad that dialysis seems to be going well for you.  Keep vigilante on your diet and make it as fun as possible.  Hopefully you enjoy or can learn to enjoy cooking so you can control all the ingredients that go into your food.
