  hello silly question how do i post ive been looking for two days now i feel silly  just ken

Use the little blue HOME button above to get to the main index.  Select the category you want to post the topic in - like Off Topic or Introduce Yourself.  Open that section to that particular index, and then select the little blue NEW TOPIC button from the list on the right.

If you want to answer a topic that's already started, select the REPLY button when you have the topic/thread open.
