Good on Galvo for getting you back on, KS.
I too love Galvo's word usage and humour, although I worry sometimes about where his mind is at, especially on the thread where we write the story three words at a time. Sometimes, Galvo, you go in a direction I'm not game to follow  :rofl;

Galvo's a bit warped... :P  God only knows what those Aussies eat; they'll throw anything on the barbie, probably even Barbies.  They call it "Galvo Gut Syndrome."

You did the right thing, Galvo.

Last October I thought I'd got something wrong with my guts because that's where the pain was. Went to ER and found it to be a heart attack. Had it been fatal, I would not be writing this now.  :o

Good to hear you're still with us. Still, you'd better keep a coin in your pocket to pay Charon.  :laugh:  ;)

Thanks again, folks.

Chooky, I rarely know where my mind is at, but I'm sure it is as pure as the driven snow.

As I said, I'll bring my situation to the D team to-morrow (Monday).

If there's anything I have learned to do over the CKD journey it is that it is WAY better to get checked earlier than later -

Yes, if I had myself checked out earlier when I had only a uti, I wouldn't have gone into sepsis and destroyed my kidneys.....
