I have been a bit anal with the sunscreen since my transplant. What do you guys (and gals) generally do with regards to this. I mean do you bother if you're only going to be out for 15 minutes? Do you bother if it's early morning or winter?
I have a dermatology appointment scheduled for March 31st. I've been bad about this requirement and it's time to get on the wagon. ugh, one more thing to worry about.I did, however, find a face cream with an SPF 25. I've been using an SPF 15. Both are Clinique products. I love it.
