As I watch the service for former President Ford I feel so bad for Betty Ford.
Having been married to him for 58 years.  There has to be a hole in her heart the size of a crater.
My heart aches for her.  Just sharing my thoughts today.

yeah-I feel for her too-its terribly sad to see the ones left...after all those years,grief is tangible. She is a strong woman though,and in that she may find some comfort,I hope.

I watched the services today while I was at dialysis.  Very moving things they had to say about Ford.  Betty Frod looked exhausted and still had more service to go. I hope when she gets home she can rest.

They bothhave lived a full life together, it wouldn't surprise me if she didn't follow shortly.
