Yes, Happy New Year!!!  W00t!!!  still awake at 4:52am here in the land of the first new years!  Trying to plan an aran knit jumper which is doing my head in!  But I love it too... trying to imagine what the patterns will look like AND get it to the right width...  :stressed; ... I'm going to knit another "swatch" in a minute, and then I'll cast on properly with the lovely cream wool I bought in Northumberland, and knit me an aran knit jumper, in mid summer...   :urcrazy;

Well, it'll be ready for our winter!
Gregory is over there, fiddling around on his computer still too.  Swearing a blue streak, must be trying to get microsoft to work.  :Kit n Stik;  >:D

See how madly we ozzies party it up?  honk!  :bandance; :bandance; :bandance; :bandance; :bandance;

Happy New Year to the first outpost in the Commonwealth!
Quote
AP - Multicolored starbusts and gigantic sparklers lit the midnight sky over Sydney Harbour in a dazzling fireworks show witnessed by 1.5 million enthusiastic spectators who camped out all day to ring in the new year.
This greeted me as I signed into my yahoo email.  Wish I were there!!

Thanks for you felicitations. I know the snow in USA and Europe is a bummer but here in Perth, starting tomorrow we have a whole week of 40 degrees heat. I not sure what would be worse - snow or heat.
