I am currently having problems logging in.

I have to try repeatedly before it takes my details.

a message comes up saying the server does not recognize my details.

Can anyone explain why this happens?

Yes we are aware of the problem and I am in cointact with the server to correct the problem. It has something to do with the security settings.
