I started my new job, which means I had to talk to new people. Yikes! And - even worse - I'm part of a support group and I work across two faculties so I had to stand up and wave to strangers when introduced on TWO occasions. They seem a nice bunch, but it's a little overwhelming (the place is MASSIVE and I'm used to a cosy little building with very few staff). Oh, and Blokey returned to work today, first day since transplant. He's been home more than three hours and he's still awake! This makes me happy.
I helped make Cariad feel a little better today
Happy New Year to you and a big thankyou for my lovely present. While I am on holidays officially,I have called into work today to check on some new transplant patients we have done and foundyour lovely gift on my desk. that was very kind of you and unneccessary . My rewards are tosee all of you doing well with your transplants and enjoying life. I look forward to catching upwith you in clinic on my return.
If anyone has a Star Trek teleporter they could lend me for tomorrow, I'd really appreciate it!
I had my perma-cath removed today!
I am tired after being battered by the popster.
