Hey guys, this is for my best friend's son who plays High School football......

Go to KREM.com, sports, Play of the Week.  Colton Mead is in Option #3.  You can vote for his play – winner announced at 6:00 news on Wednesday.  You will have to click on  Week five Plays of the Week are here!

go to www.krem.com then click on sports in the red bar at the top then click on "week 5 plays of the week" then scroll down and you can see where to vote  #3 Deer Park's Colton Mead to Jason Jorgensen TD

Feb 13, 2008 - Activated on "the list".
Nov 5, 2008 - Received living donor transplant from my sister-in-law, Etta.
Nov 5, 2011 - THREE YEARS POST TRANSPLANT!  :D

You can vote today and tomorrow and Wednesday before 5PM. (once a day)

I'm not sure his was the best play of the week, but it was pretty darn good.  Remember American Idol?  It is who votes the most.

Membranous Glomerulonephritis confirmed by biopsy in  April 1989
currently Stage IV CRF
GFR 18
Creatinine 3.9
AV fistula (radiocephalic) placed September 24, 2009
Began transplant evaluation November 11, 2009
Completed transplant eval and approved for transplant February 10, 2010
Received confirmation letter I am on the UNOS list February 18, 2010
Wife began donor testing March 1, 2010
Received living donor preemptive transplant from spouse July 22, 2010

As I was coming out the Nephrologist office, I thought the sky was falling.
Knew I was going on dialysis since November 1999.
Had a fistula put in January 2000.
Been on 4-1/2 hour dialysis since August 28, 2001. (They took out 35Kg that single week)

Maria hasbeen on hemodualysis since January, 2005
