Thursday I am finally getting baptised.  I've always wanted to but things always "came up".  I guess the thought of my upcoming surgery scared me enough to just get it done.   :cheer:

That's cool. My hubby got baptised after 3 back surgeries and a hip replacement.

Admin for IHateDialysis 2008 - 2014, retired.
Jenna is our daughter, bad bladder damaged her kidneys.
Was on in-center hemodialysis 2003-2007.
7 yr transplant lost due to rejection.
She did PD Sept. 2013 - July 2017
Found a swap living donor using social media, friends, family.
New kidney in a paired donation swap July 26, 2017.

Congratulations on such a life changing decision. I was baptised as a baby so never had to give it much thought.I'll bet as an adult it is much more meanigful.
