I got the call on August 27th @ about  7:45am. I start crying and kinda freaking out! I run and tell my parents and they get emotional as well• We all dress and wait to hear from the transplant clinic. We get to the hospital at about 10:20am and have the preliminary tests done and I have one last dialysis treatment! At about 6pm I go in for surgery and am a bit scared but the team was nice! I wake up in the stepdown icu feeling sore and confused but everything so far is working great but the pain is still here• I hope to sit in a chair today• Love you all and will update more
