I wish my center workers and staff a happy Christmas and a Merry New Year or whichever way they want or need it!   You guys are the best.  How about as a Christmas gift to me we warm up the place a little bit?   :popcorn; :grouphug;

Anyone know what an appropriate gift would be to give the staff for christmas? I already gave them all a big box of chocolates a couple of months ago. Am not sure what to do for them at christmas...

I am making treat bags for everyone with a little ornament in the bag and a treat.  My mom showed me how to make treat bags from envelopes.   So everyone will get a treat and an ornament. 99 cent store has nice ornaments and sweets to put in the treat bags, so it is not that expensive.

I brought a tin of homemade brownies for the staff at my husband's dialysis unit.  I think they were gone before I left the building!!!  They returned my tin.  Hint, Hint!  They are very good to my husband and I feel that he is safe and comfortable when he is there.

I'd also like to wish my nurses a Very MERRY CHRISTMAS
                               &
  :beer1; HAPPY  NEW  YEAR:beer1;

As for gifts...I am making Christmas sugar cookies.  Not sure if I am going to buy individual tins for each nurse or just take in a big platter full.  I prefer the "personal touch" so I hope I can get the tins.  ;)

I'm sure I'm not the only staff member here that appreciates all of you and your best wishes during this holiday season.  I truly feel like part of a family here  :grouphug;, and wish you and all of yours the best holiday season possible.  :thx;

LOL.   That would be nice, but technology isn't quite there yet.

This would (will!) be a wonderful day.  Or, maybe most of us will support home dialysis patients in the nearer future.
