And I know a Father
Who had a Son
He longed to tell him all the Reasons
For the things he'd done
He came a long way
Just to Explain
He kissed His Boy as He lay Sleeping
Then He turned around and headed Home again

Hello? Hello? Is Anyone, out there? I've had this Game, stuck on My Shoulders for a Week now.  Where's Galvo, when You need Him? He knows Lyrics.

Why thank you Mizar, - and Hank is just fine with me   ;D

But her favourite one it seems
She began to cry when you said godbye,

Ok how about this:

HA! I used that song because I heard the lyrics in the car today, they remind me of something you'd hear in a country western song. You're up!

Everyday I fall more in love with you

« Reply #341 on: June 29, 2010, 08:01:09 AM »

I didn't read the entire thread, so hopefully this isn't a repeat. Here are the lyrics to one of my favorite songs, can you guess what it is?

"Love, I don't like to see so much pain
So much wasted and this moment keeps slipping away
I get so tired of working so hard for our survival
I look to the time with you to keep me awake and alive

And all my instincts, they return
And the grand facade, so soon will burn
Without a noise, without my pride
I reach out from the inside"

Yes... and very fitting, those words could be written from my own heart.

Now.. you have to come up with lyrics for us to guess.

Gregory's turn is as follows:

You can't sleep in my bed no more you can't drive in my car
I won't let you cook for me baby its never gunna get that far...
Gonna send you back from wherever the hell it was you came,
then I'm gonna get this tattoo changed to another girl's name

right, Gregory's song is drawing a big fat blank, so I'm replacing it with this:

When [name] takes a proton pill the crooks begin to worry
They can't escape their awful fate from proton's mighty fury

That's the theme from Roger Ramjet. I love Roger! Where were Gregory's lyrics from?
